— Why You'll Love It

Memorable Outdoor
Experiences on
Lake Norfork

From sunrise on the dock to porch nights by the fire, Crooked Hook is built for the kind of trip you remember. Cast a line, take the boat out, or just sit a while by the water — the lake sets the pace.

We sit on the quiet Fall Creek arm of Lake Norfork, just a short run from the main channel and about 20 minutes from Mountain Home, Arkansas. With seven handcrafted cabins, a swimming pool, a private dock, and over 100,000 acres of Ozark forest at the back door, it's an easy base for a Lake Norfork fishing trip or a slow family week in the Twin Lakes area.

Lake Norfork is a clear, deep Ozark reservoir — striper, bass, catfish, crappie, and walleye, plus boating, water skiing, and swimming right off our dock.

And for trout, the White and North Fork rivers — some of the best trout water in the country — are just fifteen minutes away. Bring your boat or we'll point you to a guide.
